the happy® fam takes Lincoln Center

The happy fam just can’t get enough time together.

Last week, team happy® trooped into Manhattan from the far reaches of Jersey, Long Island, and Brooklyn. Ricky, our happy RTD sales guy, even flew in from California! Why, you ask? To catch one of our two favorite co-founders, Mr. Robert Downey Jr., in his Broadway debut as the titular McNeal at Lincoln Center.

We just had to see it, and what a bonus to catch a glimpse of happy products all over the venue - including the concession stands and backstage. Damon, our happy marketing guy, enjoyed a cold brew in a snazzy souvenir cup and Mel, our happy advocate (selflessly) volunteered to taste test the Metahuman Morning. We can confidently report that happy is seriously delicious™ in both formats.
OK, on to the show. No hyperbole here–we all left the theater completely blown away by the story, the production value, and the stagecraft. RDJ’s talent and bravery…wow. The absolute marvel of the artistry in action left us in awe. The whole cast gifted us with impeccable, moving performances. McNeal is a must-see and it’s running for a limited time only (thru November 24th). How lucky are we? Catch it if you can!

McNeal grapples with the complexities of creativity, originality and the definition of proprietary familial relationships, and simply being human. As we humans know, simply being ain't always easy. There was some heavy stuff on stage, reinforcing how important it is to talk about mental health.
